HOW DOES ZERO WASTE WORK?
• It's a fairly simple principle: you buy the roll-on bottle once, then once it's empty, you buy the refills.
• When you have 10 empty refills, you can request a free return label from us via our contact email address. You just need to use the shipping box to make the return, stick the label we provided on it, and mail the whole thing! It's as simple as that.
• Once the refills are collected, we clean them to refill and reship them. This way, everything is reused and nothing is thrown away!
HOW DO I REFILL MY DEODORANT?
1. Start by cleaning your deodorant, removing any remaining product with hot water. Do the same for the roller ball.
2. Disinfect the glass container with boiling water or alcohol.
3. Shake the refill well, then pour it into the bottle. You can stand the refill upright and wait for all the product to pour out.
4. Once transferred, put the roller ball back on. And that's it!
5. Remember to keep the refill; we collect them once you have accumulated 10.
IS RETURNING EMPTY REFILLS FREE?
• Once you have accumulated 10 empty refills, the return is free.
To return them, send us a message and we will send you a free return label. This will soon be included in your package automatically!
