Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. 

To request a replacement or make a return you must send us an e-mail at: 

Kindly present us with a receipt or proof of purchase along with a description and pictures of the issue you are facing.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace an item if it is faulty or damaged, and replace it by the same article. We will ask you to send us your article using LBC to les Enfants Sauvages, Amboy Street, El Nido 5313, Palawan, Philippines.

Refunds (if applicable)
We will send you an email to confirm that we have received your request and may ask for additional information. We will then notify you of our decision to approve or reject your refund request. If your request is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or your original method of payment, within a certain number of days.

Several types of products cannot be returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products for intimate or sanitary use, hazardous products or flammable gases or liquids.

Other items that cannot be returned:
* Gift cards
* Downloadable software
* Certain health and personal care products

There are certain situations where only a partial refund is granted: (if applicable)
* Books with obvious signs of use.
* CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.
* Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or has certain missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
* Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you have not yet received your refund 30 days, please check your bank account again and contact your bank and credit card issuer. There may be a delay before your refund is officially posted. If after completing all of these steps you still have not received your refund please contact us.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items can be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items are not refundable.

Shipping
To return a product, you must send it using LBC to les Enfants Sauvages, Amboy Street, El Nido 5313, Palawan, Philippines.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping costs will be deducted from it. 

Depending on where you live, the time it takes to receive your exchanged product may vary. We do not guarantee that we will receive the item you return to us.

Please please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.
