HOW DOES ZERO WASTE WORK?• It's a fairly simple principle: you buy the roll-on bottle once, then once it's empty, you buy the refills.
• When you have 10 empty refills, you can ask us for a free return slip on our contact email address. You just have to use the shipping box to make the return, you stick the label that was provided to you on it and you post everything! It's that simple.
• Once the refills are collected, we clean them to refill them and reship them. This way, everything is reused and nothing is thrown away!
HOW TO REFILL MY DEODORANT? 1. Start by cleaning your deodorant, removing any remaining product with warm water. Do the same for the ball.
2. Disinfect the glass container with boiling water or alcohol.
3. Shake the refill well, then pour it into the bottle. You can lay the refill upright and wait for all of the product to pour out.
4. Once decanted, put the ball back. There you go!
5. Remember to keep the refill, we will recover them once you have accumulated 10.
